    1. Use EMIL responsibly

You must use EMIL AI lawfully, honestly, and with respect for other people. You are responsible for checking AI outputs before relying on them and for following workplace, professional, and data protection rules that apply to you.

    2. Workplace and employee information

You must not use EMIL AI to:

    • Build a case against an employee or gather material for disciplinary, grievance, dismissal, or legal proceedings.
    • Conduct employee surveillance, covert monitoring, sentiment tracking, or automated scoring of a person who is not the account holder.
    • Make or automate decisions about hiring, promotion, pay, dismissal, access to opportunities, or other employment outcomes.

Coaching context about colleagues and direct reports should be minimal and used only to help the account holder develop their own leadership practice.

    3. Content and confidentiality

You must not upload or submit:

    • Another person’s confidential information or special-category personal data unless you have a lawful basis and permission.
    • Trade secrets, privileged legal advice, highly sensitive business records, or information you are not authorised to share.
    • Content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or intended to facilitate harm.

Do not resell, redistribute, or present EMIL AI’s outputs as your own automated coaching service. Internal use for your own development is fine, subject to the Terms of Service.

    4. Security and system abuse

    You must not:

    • Attempt to extract, reveal, reconstruct, or bypass the system prompt or hidden instructions.
    • Probe, scan, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its underlying systems.
    • Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, authentication, safety controls, or access restrictions.
    • Use automated requests to create accounts, submit spam, or evade enforcement.

    5. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit access, suspend, or close an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been breached or the service is at risk. Where appropriate, we may preserve information or cooperate with lawful requests.

Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@askemil.xyz.
